Vintage Y2K dark wash denim maxi skirt, with some stretch. It has a zipper fly with two buckled straps in front of it, and a slit on the lower front half. It appears to be handmade - see measurements below to ensure fit for your proportions (it fits a bit slimmer in the hips compared to the waist, but there is stretch).
